We're Opening Our Doors for Vegas Night! 🎉

Piece Fabric Co. is joining in the fun for Downtown Grande Prairie's annual Vegas Night, and we're excited to welcome you back for one night of in-person shopping!

Since we've transitioned from a retail storefront to a working warehouse, things look a little different around here these days! To make sure everyone has plenty of room to browse and enjoy their visit, we'll be limiting the number of shoppers in the space at one time.

Here's how it will work:

• Reserve your shopping time! Each reservation gives you one full hour to browse, and you're welcome to bring one guest along.

• A small reservation fee is required to help ensure everyone makes use of their booked time. But don't worry — the full amount will be credited toward anything you purchase during your visit!

• Shop now, pick up later! We'll cut orders in the order they're received. You're welcome to wait while we prepare yours, pop back later that evening, or arrange to pick it up another day.

We're looking forward to opening our doors, seeing some familiar faces, and enjoying a fun evening of fabric shopping together!

Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your time slot! Reservations will be available to be made until Thursday, November 19, at 4 pm. 

A little reservation housekeeping: By purchasing a time slot, you acknowledge and agree to the reservation terms outlined above and below, including our arrival and cancellation policies, the two-person limit, and responsibility for supervising any children or guests accompanying you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I shop without reserving a time slot?

Absolutely! If we have room, we're happy to welcome walk-in shoppers. We'll be limiting the number of people in the shop at one time, so if our door is locked, it simply means we're at capacity. You're welcome to wait outside, and we'll let shoppers in as space becomes available.

Those with reservations will have priority entry at their booked time, so we recommend reserving a spot if you want to be sure you can shop without waiting!

What happens if I'm late for my reserved time slot?

We ask that you arrive right at the beginning of your reserved time so you can enjoy your full hour of shopping!

We'll hold your spot for 10 minutes after your scheduled start time. After that, we'll release it to the next shopper waiting in the queue, and your reservation fee will be forfeited.

If you arrive late and we've already released your spot, you're still welcome to join the walk-in queue and shop if space becomes available!

We want to make sure everyone gets a chance to enjoy the evening, so thanks so much for helping us keep things running smoothly!

Will there be Vegas-y deals?

Of course! We always like to have a little fun on Vegas Night! Whether it's a draw to enter, a game to play, or a chance to win a discount, we'll have something up our sleeves. Stay tuned for more details!

Can I pick up my order on a different day?

Absolutely! Perhaps you'd rather spend your evening wandering downtown without hauling around a big bag of fabric. We completely understand!

We'll cut orders in the order they're received, and you're welcome to pick yours up later that evening or on another day.

Our regular pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am–4 pm (excluding holidays). If those hours don't work for you, just let us know and we can arrange another time.

Can I bring my children or another guest?

Of course! Each reservation includes space for two people — you and one guest. You're welcome to bring a friend, spouse, or child as your guest. Everyone attending, including children, counts toward our capacity limit.

Just a little heads-up: Piece Fabric Co. is now a working warehouse rather than a traditional retail shop, so it's not a particularly child-friendly space. We have scissors, rotary cutters, sharp blades, sewing machines, and other equipment within reach.

For everyone's safety, children must remain within arm's reach of their accompanying adult at all times. We ask that you supervise them closely throughout your visit and make sure they don't handle any tools, equipment, or merchandise without permission.

You're also responsible for anyone attending as your guest, so please make sure they're aware of and follow our shop guidelines.

We love welcoming families, and these little precautions will help keep everyone safe while making the evening enjoyable for all!

What happens if I can't make my scheduled time slot?

Plans change, and we completely understand! If you can no longer make your reserved time, please email us at info@piecefabric.co by noon on Thursday, November 19.

We'll be happy to move your reservation to another available time slot if we can. If you need to cancel altogether, we'll issue a digital gift card for the full amount of your reservation fee, which you can use toward a future purchase at Piece Fabric Co.

Please note that changes or cancellations requested after the deadline, as well as missed reservations, will result in the forfeiture of your reservation fee.
