All orders placed with Canada Post as the shipping option will be held until the strike is over. You will get a shipping email when the order is ready and a label has been purchased, and your order will be held securely in our store until the strike is over. Please expect significant shipping delays.

You have the opportunity to have your order shipped with an Alternative Tracked Option. We will choose the best courier based on price and shipping time. This option is more expensive as these couriers are more expensive to use. If you pay more than the shipping label costs us, we will refund the excess paid.

$15.00 CAD Flat Rate Shipping to Canada and $20.00 CAD Flat Rate shipping to the contiguous US on orders under $200 (before taxes). This service includes tracking.

You also have options at checkout to upgrade to a different shipping service.  All quicker shipping upgrades are charged at actual carrier rates. 

Please Note: The Snail Mail option is only available for very small packages sent in Canada.  Your fabric will be placed in a plastic envelope and sent via Canada Post's regular mail service.  There is NO tracking, insurance, or arrival date estimate with this shipping method. 

International shipping outside of contiguous US will be charged at actual rate. Remember, this is all in the Canadian dollar - which is likely so low compared to your dollar that you don't even need to worry about the shipping costs. ;)

In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing or remains undelivered on its way to you, we will do everything we can to help track and trace it. We cannot take responsibility for undelivered or lost packages, so please contact your post office as well!

Taxes and duties for International orders have not been collected and may be due upon clearing customs.  Duties are not typically charged on cotton fabrics.
