Return/Refund Policy

We are unable to provide refunds on returns except for significant flaws in the product.  If you find a flaw in your fabric larger than an inch square, please let us know so we can find the best way to help your project continue.  Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.  Of course, if we make a mistake - we'll fix it!

We package all of our items carefully to ensure safe travel. In the unfortunate event that your package or items arrive damaged due to shipping, please let us know - we will help with a claim through the postal service!

Order Cancellation by Customer

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

In the unfortunate case of an item being out of stock or a pricing error occuring, the item will be cancelled from the order and you will be refunded.  Every effort will be made to keep this from happening!

Colour Variations

Although we try our best to represent the colour of the fabric accurately, please note that all monitors and screens will have variations in how that colour shows to you.  We cannot offer refunds for colour variations between the website and actual fabric.  If you have questions about the colour prior to ordering, please don't hesitate to reach out to us - we'd love to help you put together a coordinating bundle of perfection!

Care of Fabric

We want your hard work to last a lifetime! Please note that unless otherwise stated on the product listing, the best way to ensure the fabric colour and texture will stay looking as new as possible, is to wash your fabric in cold water on a delicate cycle and hang to dry.  Overloading the washing machine or using too harsh of a detergent will take it's toll on the fabric, so treat it well! Slight shrinkage will occur on all products.
