Mt. Mitchell, one of four patterns in the Land of the Sky collection, shines bright as a very beginner-friendly pattern. The design features large-scale half-square triangles and squares which are striking in solids but also great for showcasing prints. The colors of the cover quilt represent a star in the night sky, appearing to almost leap out of the fabric in 3D.

Mt. Mitchell is named for the highest peak east of the Mississippi, perfect for stargazing in the Appalachian Mountains at an elevation of 6,684 ft.

This quilt kit comes with the AGF Pure Solids to make the quilt top only. The pattern is not included in the kit and must be purchased from Hampton Quilt Studio. Find it HERE.
