About the pattern:

This design is yet another interpretation of Lindlee's favorite quilt design: the Lone Star Quilt. The Commonwealth Star is made up of diamonds cut from strip sets and arranged into a radiating star design.  There are 3 color versions written in this pattern.  

The skill level for this pattern is Confident Beginner.  The pattern involves cutting and sewing on a bias, sewing with a consistent 1/4" seam throughout, and precision when matching diamond points.
