Includes the Oakshott fabric needed to complete the quilt top.
This pattern by Erin from The Blanket Statement (Instagram @theblanketstatement) is named after the northernmost community in Manitoba, Canada, known as the Polar Bear Capital of the World!
This quilt draws inspiration from the winter sun beginning to rise above the horizon over the snowy Arctic. The half square triangles create a subtle arc similar to a sunrise or sunset, while also resembling rolling hills, or even creating the peak of a church steeple.
This quilt is an excellent pattern for beginners and a fast finish for seasoned quilters.
